Alison came down to Naples visit her cousins here a few years ago. She joined us for Ultimate Frisbee and came to dinner right after. I had a wonderful time getting to know her during her visits, so I was thrilled when she married a local friend, Aaron. We all attend the same Bible Study on Sunday nights, and it is always wonderful to catch up with them. They volunteered to do a model shoot with us one night – we had such an awesome time at the Corkscrew Swamp!  I am looking forward to getting together with them often.

We met up with Allison & Aaron to practice a few techniques I learned at a workshop.  We had a really great time romping through Corkscrew swamp!  I am super-excited about posting these, but our interent is going too slow, so I’ll just post one for now:

We had such a wonderful time with the Peterson family when we met them at Clam pass in early April. I would say more, but these pictures speak for themselves!

We met Sarah and Dane during Ultimate Frisbee last August. Little did we know just how much fun they were to hang out with. They helped us with our photography at the Senior Christmas Party at church. Then we took them to Koreshan State Park for a fun and eventful portrait session. We had SO much fun we went to the fair with them two days later (Part 2 coming next week!). They have since moved back to New York, and we miss them dearly.

I had the pleasure of capturing sisters Sarah and Rachel a few weeks ago. I posted just two shots the other day. I wanted to add a few today. Sarah and Rachel are two really amazing people and I was so delighted to spend the afternoon with them.  I also had the pleasure of working with Heidi von Korff – she has an excellent eye and helped me with poses. The slightest changes make the biggest differences!

Cramer (as he is known around these parts) was with Matt as groomsmen in Ethan and Laura’s wedding last year.  We found out during our drive to the rehearsal dinner that Denise was pregnant!  And over a year later they asked me to document their little one’s first birthday, which was SUCH a treat.  Gavin is a real cutie and a little camera shy. Which made it a challenging and fun birthday to document. Don’t you think he looks cute in that little Happy Birthday hat? Aren’t you glad you don’t have to wear those anymore?
